A 9-liter stainless steel keg with an inner inflatable rubber bladder is the heart of the TORR keg system. The keg stays at the store. No returns. No cleaning.

A 9-liter bag of coffee concentrate or RTD is shipped in a corrugated box and is easily placed into the keg for immediate dispensing. The inner bladder squeezes the coffee out of the bag and up to the dispense tap. No air or gas contacts the coffee until it reaches the customer's cup. No keg cleaning necessary, just replace and dispose of the bag once its empty.

The bag is shipped to the restaurant or store in a corrugated box. The bag and corrugated box provide the lowest packaging costs compared to conventional keg systems. The bag and box are both recyclable.

TORR provides a (low-pressure) air compressor for pressurizing the keg bladder to push the product to the tap consistently and reliably.
