TORRform™ 201GB Vertical Box ErectorAutomatic Intermittent Motion Box Former and Bottom Flap ot Melt Glue Sealer

The 201GB forms full-over-lap (FOL) type corrugated boxes reliably and squarely at speeds of up to 18 cartons per minute. Designed to handle BIB full overlap flap pack sizes from 1.5L up to 10L.

The vertically erected boxes are gripped and moved by air cylinders through flap folders to a gluing station to close the bottom flaps of the box and discharge it onto a conveyor to transfer the box to an automatic bag into box loader at the TORR filler.
