Product Filling Sanitation

All filler product contact surfaces and supply line need sanitizing after each production run. TORR does not supply the CIP solution systems. The filler has a selectable program and is supplied with a CIP adaptor to allow the fill valve to be connected with a flexible hose to drain or a CIP return circuit.

The filler has a selectable program to open all product flow paths so the filler can be cleaned in place (CIP) after a production run and sterilized in place (SIP) as required prior to production.

Chemical Sanitation

Although TORR Industries fillers are equipped for clean-in-place functions, TORR Industries does not recommend any specific chemicals.

Hot Water or Steam Sanitation

Simultaneous sterilization of product delivery and filler with thermal sterilization method.
