The 603 closes full-over-lap (FOL) type corrugated boxes reliably and squarely at speeds of up to 36 cartons per minute. Designed to handle BIB FOL flap pack sizes from 1.5L up to 10L.

The erected boxes with bag inserted are moved by powered conveyor to the infeed. A side pusher transfers the box to a continuous motion side mount belt conveyor that moves the box through flap folders to a gluing station to close the top flaps of the box and discharge it onto an exit powered conveyor.
