TORRform™ 601 Vertical Box ErectorHigh Output Automatic Box Former and Bottom Flap Hot Melt Glue Sealer Continuous Motion

The 601 forms full-over-lap (FOL) type corrugated boxes reliably and squarely at speeds of up to 36 cartons per minute. Designed to handle BIB full overlap flap pack sizes from 1.5L up to 10L.

The vertically erected boxes are moved by a continuous motion side mount belt conveyor through flap folders to a gluing station to close the bottom flaps of the box and discharge it onto a powered conveyor to transfer the box to an automatic bag into box loader at the TORR filler.

The TORRform™ 601 is designed to integrate with two TORRfiller™ automatic bag fillers and bag into box loading systems at speeds up to 36 cartons per minute.
