You may view, download, and print Website materials for your own internal use, provided you do not remove proprietary notices. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Website content, interfere with the Website, introduce malware, submit false information, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

TORR may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. Information on the Website may be incomplete or out of date and may be updated without notice. Website content is not an offer to sell.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, TORR treats it as a request to opt out of marketing cookies. Until you allow them, YouTube and Vimeo videos are replaced by a placeholder; choosing to play a video loads that player, which may set its provider’s cookies.

When you make a choice, TORR keeps a record of it so we can show that consent was given: a random consent ID, the date and time, your choices, the page you were on, your browser type, and a shortened form of your IP address. These records do not include your name or email and are kept for three years. Your consent ID is shown in Cookie Settings if you need to refer to it in a request to TORR.

TORR’s total liability related to the Website shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, TORR’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

TORR may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law principles. Disputes relating to the Website or these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Shasta County, California.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
