Batching Module
TORR 210 Batching Module
The model 210 module is designed to accurately transfer preset volumes of liquids from one container to another. It is sanitary and easy to clean in place and all product contact surfaces are made from 316 stainless steel or FDA approved Acetyl plastic. It is ideal for use in wine cellars for blending and transferring to and from barrels.
The module has a simple touch screen operator panel that allows the transfer volume to be preset and then selected by batch code. Product is accurately measured by a turbine flow-meter in the product line and a PLC controller with a high speed counter. An air operate valve turns the flow off and on. The module includes an air filter regulator.
An output relay provides a signal to control the product pump. The pump is not included.
